The NSW Cup was lifted at ANZ stadium in this design! This was the first fully sublimated design, that is all the badges, sponsors and numbers were printed into the material, this makes for a lighter jersey for the players to wear and the badges can be done in a way that highlights them so they are more pleasing. This was also the first year that the Sydney Credit Union came on board as the major sponsor. As is customary, there was slight change to the 'N' badge, which I can only put down to the sublimation process. The away jersey is interesting in that it uses the 'Jets' badge on the front, the first time that happened since the early 1980's. The blue shield with the white 'N' was added to booth sleeves. The bottom jerseys is a players cut version. Only difference from the supporters version at the top is the side panels and the tapered waist. I picked this up at the old Goodfellows shop in St Peters in the week after the grand final. I've subsequently seen a number of these exact jerseys being sold online as match worn from the grand final even down to the same number on the back. Think Goodfellows did another run of these players cut jerseys that were to be sold at their shop.
